Get in touch with us. Book an appointment, call, chat with us online, email or find your nearest careers centre.

Webchat

Speak to us on webchat. You'll find the 'chat now' option on all pages of our website.

We're available Monday to Thursday: 9am to 5pm, Friday: 9am to 4:30pm.

If the webchat box is not displaying on the website, you may have the webchat cookie switched off.

To fix this:

  1. Go to our cookies page
  2. Enable webchat service cookies
  3. Save your changes.

You can then contact us on webchat.

Book an appointment

Book an appointment with a careers adviser or employability coach.

You will be able to book an appointment up to 2 weeks in advance.

Email post@careerswales.gov.wales or complete the contact form and we will get back to you within 2 working days by email.

Our centres

We also offer face-to-face careers advice and guidance at venues across Wales. Find your nearest community venue.

Phone us free on 0800 028 4844.

Complete our callback form if you'd prefer us to phone you. You can choose a time slot and an employability coach will phone you.

Our phone lines are open Monday to Thursday: 9am to 5pm and Friday: 9am to 4:30pm.

What to expect when you phone us

When you call us you will receive 2 options.

1. For careers support or bookings

Press option 1 when prompted to talk to our employability coaches. We'll ask you a few questions to make sure you get the right support. We can help you with:

  • Job searching
  • Reviewing your CV
  • Interview techniques
  • Finding courses

2. To amend bookings and general enquiries

Press option 2 when prompted to amend a booking, or for general enquires that are not directly careers related. We can help you with:

  • Amending or cancelling an existing booking
  • Answering any general questions you may have about our services and offices
